Refund policy

• Gift cards are strictly non-refundable from the point of purchase.
• Gift cards have a 12 month validity period from the date of purchase.
• Should a gift card value exceed the amount of a final bill, we cannot issue another gift card with the remaining balance on 
• A confirmed booking becomes non-refundable and non-amendable seven days prior to arrival. Gift card values cannot be transferred to alternative booking after seven days prior to arrival.
